The Our Fund Foundation’s mission is to promote philanthropy, manage enduring investments, and conduct meaningful grant-making to improve the lives of LGBTQ people in South Florida. The Foundation’s vision is to make South Florida the most livable and thriving place in the country for LGBTQ people.
To this end, The Our Fund Foundation is the expert and thought leader on LGBTQ issues in South Florida and is the most informed resource to assist philanthropists with their charitable giving to LGBTQ causes and agencies in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
With nearly $25M in assets in 2023, The Foundation ranks as one of the largest LGBTQ funders in the country repeatedly in Funders for LGBTQ Issues annual report and is the only LGBTQ-specific community foundation in the Southeastern United States.
President & CEO David Jobin has been in his role since 2015 and CFO Mark Blaylock joined the organization the same year. The esteemed Board of Directors is led by Chair Scott Bennett.
