I know things feel especially heavy right now—many of us are navigating the uncertainty around funding, civil rights, and the future. Those on the front lines advocating for our rights and providing services carry an immense amount of stress, and we must take a moment to care for ourselves so we can continue to show up for our community.
That is why The Our Fund Foundation and YES Institute are partnering to offer a mindfulness session designed to help your team manage stress, regulate emotions, and ground themselves so they can be resilient to the challenges ahead. This is a chance to pause, reset, and invest in your team's well-being.
We encourage you to share this invitation with your team and urge them to attend. There are only 75 spaces available; if we receive a strong response, we hope this session will be the first of many to ensure our community remains strong and supported.
